Hi, I'm Ken Eastburn. As Chief Operating Officer of Land Legacy Collective, I bring years of experience in spiritual leadership, nonprofit management, and operational excellence to help families build homesteads that reflect their deepest values and create lasting legacies.
For years, I've guided individuals and families through seasons of growth, transition, and purpose as a pastor and workplace chaplain. I've walked alongside people during their most meaningful life decisions, helping them discover what truly matters and how to build lives aligned with their values.
Before joining Land Legacy Collective, I served as Executive Director and board member of several nonprofit organizations, where I oversaw strategic development, staff leadership, and community partnerships. This experience taught me how to balance heart and strategy, ensuring that every mission-driven organization runs smoothly while staying true to its core purpose.
Now, I bring that same approach to helping families create generational homesteads. Because building a legacy property isn't just about land and structures. It's about creating spaces where faith, family, and stewardship come together for generations.
As COO, I focus on making sure our company runs with excellence while maintaining the heart behind our mission. I lead our team, nurture our company culture, and ensure that every family we serve receives the care, attention, and expertise they deserve.
My background in ministry and executive management helps me see what many others miss: that building a homestead is a spiritual journey as much as it is a practical one. It's about stewardship of the land, connection to family, and creating something meaningful that lasts beyond our lifetimes.
When you work with Land Legacy Collective, you're working with a team that understands this journey isn't just a real estate transaction. It's a calling to live intentionally, invest in family, and build something worth passing down.
