Family shouldn't require a calendar invite. You want your grandchildren growing up knowing their cousins, not as strangers they see twice a year. You want your parents nearby as they age, not alone across town. This is about creating the life you've been working toward, not just talking about it.

Land Legacy Collective helps families reconnect with what matters most: each other, the land, and the legacy they leave behind.

More than real estate. We build legacies.

Land Legacy Collective was born from a simple but powerful dream: helping families create generational homesteads where relationships deepen and legacies flourish.

Our founder, Ali Eastburn, had been dreaming of building a family homestead for seven years before she realized this wasn't just her dream. It was the dream of countless families she met as a real estate professional. Families tired of living disconnected from each other. Parents wanting their children to grow up wild and free. Grandparents hoping to age in place surrounded by family instead of strangers.

When Ali's son Trevor joined the vision, they knew they had found their calling. This wasn't just about selling land or building homes. This was about facilitating something much deeper: the creation of spaces where families can reconnect with nature, with each other, and with what truly matters.

For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to places that feel rooted. Not just houses or lots, but land with potential. Spaces where families gather on long porches. Places where kids grow up barefoot in the grass. Where friends build homes next to each other and turn neighbors into chosen family.
